Template:Character-infobox Plessie is an orange dinosaur-like creature that will make its debut in Super Mario 3D World. The name "Plessie" is a reference to Plesiosaur, a dinosaur species. Its name is also similar to Nessie, the nickname given to the Loch Ness Monster.
Not much is known about it at this time, although it will first appear in World 1-4: Plessie's Plunging Falls, where Mario and company will ride it to the finish. It largely resembles Yoshi, and also resembles Dorrie, another dinosaur-like creature who the player rides through water.
