The Heart Plus is an accessory in Paper Mario: The Origami King. It is one of the four accessories in the game that has multiple variants, of which only one can be equipped at a time. They are all modeled after MAX UP Hearts, adorned with either a bronze, silver, or golden border, with the size increasing slightly depending on the color. Seeing how Mario's Max HP is 200, these accessories are the only way to increase his health beyond that.
Its bronze version, the weakest in the game, can be purchased from the Fun, Funky, and Functional accessory salesman near the Earth Vellumental Temple, and when equipped, it increases Mario's HP a little bit in battle. Its silver version increases his in-battle HP a good amount, and can be purchased in Snif City, while its gold version, which is the strongest variant in the game, increases his health a lot and is sold in Shangri-Spa.
