Dr. Toad or Toad Doctor is a Toad doctor in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. In the game, he is trying to help Mario recover from Bean Fever in Little Fungitown. However since he doesn't have the medicine he sends Luigi on a quest to get Crabbie Grass. Once Luigi gets it, Mario is recovered.

Another Toad doctor appears in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, this time in the present Peach's Castle. He only appears in the beginning taking care of the fainted Toadsworth. Once again, this Toad doesn't have medicine and sends Mario on a quest to get a Refreshroom.

Appearances in Other Media

Interestingly, Dr. Toad or at least a similarly dressed Toad appears in the 1991 Club Nintendo comic "Süße Weihnachten". Here he detects Bowser suffering from stomachache and assigns Dr. Mario to help him.
