A Spike Bar in World Castle-4 of Super Mario 3D World

Arrow platforms[1] are objects that appear in Boiling Blue Bully Belt and Broken Blue Bully Belt in Super Mario 3D World and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. They rise from lava and then sink back down after a short time. An arrow on these platforms points to the arrow platform that will rise from lava next, creating a path for a player to cross. Around the midpoint of the level, a different type of these platforms appears, extending and then retracting from the wall instead. These platforms also have an arrow on their side.

Arrow platforms are needed to grab the top of the Goal Pole.
