"Birthday Cake",[1] also known as "Peach's Birthday Cake",[2] is a musical theme composed by Yasunori Mitsuda for Mario Party, where it plays in Peach's Birthday Cake. The second half of this theme is an arrangement of the second half of "Ground BGM" from Super Mario Bros.

Mario Party Superstars features three arrangements of "Birthday Cake".

A brief arrangement of "Birthday Cake" plays during the intro cutscene to Peach's Birthday Cake.

A faithful arrangement of "Birthday Cake" plays in Peach's Birthday Cake. It is likewise titled "Peach's Birthday Cake" in the game's sound test.

A faster-paced, more energetic arrangement of "Birthday Cake" plays during the last five turns on Peach's Birthday Cake. It is titled "Peach's Birthday Cake (Homestretch)" in the game's sound test. The "Ground BGM" portion adds the sixth and seventh bars of the theme as a countermelody.

If the background music for Peach's Birthday Cake is set to "Classic", the original version of "Birthday Cake" will play instead. It is titled "Peach's Birthday Cake (Classic)" in the game's sound test.
