Pac Labyrinth is a racecourse in Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2; it serves as Pac-Man and Blinky's second racecourse. Being an alternate route version of the previous course, Pac Mountain, this racecourse starts out in Pac-Land, but upon exiting the cave section from the original course, drivers enter an area reminiscent of the maze of the original Pac-Man game, complete with an alternate course map.

This maze section has a couple of curves; several of them include short green platforms with red-and-white borders on the inner bends, allowing racers to hop on them for shortcuts. The section also features retro sprites of Pac-Man and the ghosts flying above the course. Pac-Dots and Bonus Fruits from the original Pac-Man arcade game hover above the course as well.

At the end of the maze section, drivers are warped back to Pac-Land, returning to the beginning of the course and completing a lap.

Pac Labyrinth is the only secondary course in Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 where the finish line is located at a different point compared to the primary course. Whereas courses such as Mario Beach and Castle Wall start at the exact same point as Mario Highway and Bowser's Castle respectively, Pac Maze instead has its finish line located halfway through Pac Mountain, where the letters "PAC-LAND" are seen on the mountainside.
