Barrel Temple is the second race of the Mario Cup in Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. This track appears to be set in a jungle, with barrels being thrown on the circuit and two Thwomps. This race reuses "3DS DK Jungle" from Mario Kart 8 for its theme, which was previously used in Piranha Paradise. The course's icon depicts the Adventure Buggy with a normal and a golden barrel in front of it.

The gates in this race are a golden structure, with leaves from palm trees.

- Gate 2: Features Thwomps on the left and right of the gate.
- Gate 3: Features Item Boxes.
