Kutlasses are small enemies and members of the Kremling Krew in Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. They are one of the enemies who do not reappear in Donkey Kong Land 2.

Kutlasses appear as either yellow or green. They wear a pirate hat and a black vest, and carry two large cutlass swords around with them, hence their name. Official artwork also shows that Kutlass has three toes on each foot, and the Kremling Krew insignia and red feathers on its hat. According to the game's manual, Kutlasses ordered their swords from an infomercial, which looked smaller on television. Their swords are about the height of their body.

Kutlasses resemble another type of Kremling enemy, Klanks, who ride in Roller Coasters in amusement park levels.

They can also be defeated by an Animal Friend.
