Mayor Fettuccine is a Mushroom Person who is the mayor of Pasta Land.
In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show episode "The Pied Koopa / Super Plant", Mayor Fettuccine, along with the rest of the adults in Pasta Land, are faced with the problem of King Koopa having kidnapped all of the children with a magic flute. After Mouser delivers King Koopa's ransom via a Koopagram for the children in exchage for Pasta Land's spaghetti crops, Mayor Fettuccine is forced to fork over four Gold Coins to pay for the Koopagram.
Mayor Fettuccine decides that the town must give all of their spaghetti crops to King Koopa to get the kids back, but Mario announces that he and his friends will get the kids back, if only so that the people don't have to give up their spaghetti to King Koopa. After Mario and his friends returned with the kids, Mayor Fettuccine awarded each of them with the Order of the Golden Meatball; a golden medal in the shape of a meatball.
