Zess T., the chef
Zess T. is grumpy chef in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door who resides in Rogueport.
Mario first runs into her searching for her lost contact lens, later she prepares improved food items out of other, regular items.
Her cooking is limited to one item at a time until you get the Maitre Delish cookbook from the Creepy Steeple. To give the cookbook to Zess T., Mario must complete the "Seeking Legendary Book!" trouble.
Trivia
- Zess T. sounds like zesty which, in a way, describes her.
- It is rumored she is Tayce T.'s sister. If this is true, then she is also The Master's sister, as Tayce T. and the Master are related.
- Zess T. starts calling Mario names such as Mr. Squishy and Sir Stomps-a-lot after Mario accidently steps on her contact lens.
