Mario talking to Peach on her birthday

Mario: "Hey. You're missing your own party."
Peach: "I hate birthdays."
Mario: "Yeah. Luigi spent his 10th birthday crying. Said his 'childhood was over.'"
Peach: (chuckles) "Well the crazy thing is, today's not my real birthday. It's just the day the Toads found me. They have no idea where I came from. I've lived my entire life wondering where my family is."
Mario: "That must be so hard."
Peach: "Sometimes I just feel so... lost."
Mario: (teasing) "...Guess since it's not your actual birthday... you don't want a present."
Peach: "Mario!" (lightly punches Mario in the arm)
Mario: "Alright, fine, fine!"
(Mario gives Peach the present. She opens it, takes out the parasol inside, and spins around while opening the parasol.)
Peach: "I love it."

Mario and Luigi talking to Mini-Bowser

Luigi: "Hey, big guy!"
Bowser: (screams) "You scared me."
Luigi: "You wanted to see us?"
Bowser: "Don't move, I'll be right up!" (singing) "Sippin' the soup! Cleanin' the paint! Doo-da-lee-doo! Boo-do-lee-doo! And also trim the bonsai bush! Here we go!"
(Bowser shuffles through some of his paintings before grabbing one and exiting onto his mini-castle's balcony.)
Bowser: "Hah! Hey Luigi! ...What's up Mario. Behold! I made a masterpiece for Princess Peach!" (Bowser flips around his portrait of himself and Peach) "What do you think? And be honest!"
Luigi: "Love the colors!"
Mario: "The criticism I'd give you is it's trash."
Bowser: (furiously) "How dare you look at my masterpiece and say that! You think painting is easy? I'll burn the skin off your bones!" (Bowser recollects himself) "Wow!" (chuckles) "Sorry about that. That's the old Bowser talking. Heh. Still working through my demons I suppose. Hahaha! All good, all better now! Anyway. It's not just a present. It's a peace offering! I'd like her to release me. Not for good behavior — for AWESOME behavior!"
Mario: "She'd never release you! And don't even ask about making you big again."
Bowser: "Even though I'm totally rehabilitated?!"
Luigi: "Mario, he's really changed! We're doing a weekly book club together!"
Bowser: "I bring the soup!"
Mario: "She doesn't trust you! And neither do I."
Bowser: "Oh you better start trusting me or I will eat your soul and..." (Bowser recollects himself again) "Heh-heh. I'm sorry, that's- it's just, oh wow, heh-heh. Alright, you know what guys? I'm gonna hit the sack. I need my eight hours or else I REALLY turn into a monster. Hahaha- Ahh!"
(Bowser's tail gets caught in the door, and he wails and breathes fire in pain for several seconds before reopening the door.)
Bowser: "Heh-heh. Nighty night!"

Peach interrogating Wart

Wart: "Ukiki... look at what you brought me. Princesses are very... valuable."
Ukiki: "Ukiki thinks your novel stinks!" (Ukiki throws the novel at Toad's face)
Wart: "What is it with you princesses and getting captured?" (cuts a slice from an apple and gives it to Ukiki)
Peach: "You know something about that missing princess?"
Wart: (eats the apple) "Mm. Not. A." (stabs a pineapple) "Thing!"
Peach: "You listen to me, you slimeball!" (Wart and Ukiki glare at Peach) "You're gonna tell me exactly where Rosalina is!"
Wart: "Or what?"
(Clawgrip appears behind Peach and Toad, snapping its claws. Mouser carresses a bomb, snickering. Birdo snaps her bow. All three surround the Mushroom Kingdom dwellers.)

Later, after the rest of the 8 bits and the Ninji army have been defeated:
Peach: "Where is she?"
Wart: "Do I look like a snitch?"
(Toad gives Peach a Super Mushroom so she towers over Wart. She grabs him by the leg.)
Wart: "Oh, yes I do!"
Peach: "This is your last chance!"
Wart: "Okay, okay, listen to me. Bowser's kid took her..."
Peach: "Where?"
Wart: "The Space Junk Galaxy."

Mario and Bowser bargaining with the Honey Queen

Mario: "Hello, Your Highness. We are trying to get to the Gateway Gal—"
Honey Queen: "You're the aliens who destroyed my flower fields! Imprison them! Take them to the honey mines!"
(Bowser busts through the door.)
Bowser: "Not on my watch!"
Honey Queen: "Someone must pay for their crimes."
Bowser: "Release them! I shall serve their sentence in their stead! I can do the work of a hundred men, and at least 10,000 bees! Take me, and send them to the Gateway Galaxy!"
(The Honey Queen picks Bowser up and examines him. He flexes his arm to the point where the spiked ring on it breaks.)
Honey Queen: "Hmmm. We have a deal. Get them to the Gateway Galaxy!"
Mario: "Are you sure about this?" (Bowser nods) "You're not as horrible as I thought. Thank you." (Mario extends his hand for a handshake)
Bowser: "Put that away!"
(Bowser wraps Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi in a group hug.)
Bowser: (To Luigi) "You take care of them, okay?"
Luigi: "I always do."
Honey Queen: "This miserable bug will give you passage."
(Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi climb onto the Mandibug.)
Bowser: "Go! Make your old enemy proud!"

Bowser reuniting with Bowser Jr. and the flashback to Bowser Jr.'s bedtime story

Bowser Jr.: "Hi Dad."
Bowser: "Junior?" (Bowser rushes over to embrace his son) "My boy! You got so big! This is all yours? ...Hey, aren't you supposed to be in boarding school?"
Bowser Jr.: "Boarding school? More like BORING school! I got expelled!"
Bowser: "Hahaha! You really grew up when I wasn't paying attention!"
Bowser Jr.: "Dad! We're about to become the two most powerful dudes in the universe! Remember when I was a baby turtle? You were working so hard trying to conquer the world! But once in a while you'd have a night off, and you'd tuck me in and tell me our favorite bedtime story. Those were the best nights of my life!"
(The scene cuts to a flashback of a younger Bowser Jr. being tucked into bed by Bowser.)
Bowser Jr.: "Tell me the story!"
Bowser: "Again?" (chuckles)
(Bowser begins to tell the bedtime story using puppets of himself and his son behind a cardboard stage.)
Bowser: "Back in the days of yore, there was a powerful villain with awesome hair. He loved conquering everything. You see, this villain had a son. The two roamed the universe desperate for a place to call home. But everywhere they went was just incredibly... lame."
Bowser Jr.: "Gross!"
Bowser: "So, they decided to make their own planet! Behold, Planet Bowser! A sinister sanctuary where they could spend the rest of their days. They built an evil roller coaster! A gorge full of lava! And they carved a giant mountain into the shape of their heads! And at the top of the planet, they built the biggest cannon ever! It could destroy the universe! They called it..."
Bowser Jr.: "The Boomsday Weapon!"
Bowser: "To power it, they needed..."
Bowser Jr.: "The most powerful princess in the universe!"
Bowser: "And when they had drained all her power, and the weapon was ready, they went planet by planet, destroying all those who disrespected them! BOOM!"
Bowser Jr.: "BOOM!"
Bowser: "BOOM!" (breathes fire) "Until they danced on the ashes of the universe, and reigned supreme! The end."

(Bowser embraces his son again before Kamek appears.)
Kamek: (chuckles nervously) "My lords! We have a problem..." (Kamek points to a screen with Wart's grimacing face)

Peach and Toad meeting Fox

Fox: "So, tell me this: why is a princess trying to go to the most dangerous place in the galaxy?"
Toad: "Who are you?"
Fox: "Don't ask me personal questions."
Toad: "Oh, I'm so sorry, I-"
Fox: "I'm Fox McCloud! Leader of the legendary Star Fox team! I only care about three things: Keeping the Lylat System safe, fighting with my buds, and doing extreme, dangerous, barrel rolls - Let's go! Then one day, my warp drive exploded, blew a giant hole in the fabric of space and time and I got sucked into a different universe. That's what I get for making a frog my engineer. Now I roam your galaxy, trying to find a way home, doing good, when the price is right. Oh I also have cool space boots."
Toad: "Whoa..."
Peach: "Now that's the backstory of the guy who's going to take us to the Space Junk Galaxy!"
Fox: "How desperate for money do you think I am?"
(Toad opens his backpack full of coins.)
Fox: "Alright, you got a deal. I'll fuel up the Arwing, we'll takeoff in five."
Toad: "That was the coolest dude I've ever seen."

Mario, Luigi, and Yoshi approaching the Gateway Galaxy

Luigi: "Mario! I have a great idea. When you see Peach, you should catch up and go, 'Oh blah blah blah, oh hi, how are you?' and then BOOM! You should ask her out on a date!"
Mario: "I don't know Lu. You think a princess would ever date a plumber?"
Yoshi: "Oooh..."
Luigi: "Mario. She would be the luckiest princess in the world to be your girlfriend. She is going to say yes! And then you're going to ask her if she has a friend for me!"
Mario: (chuckles) "Now, we just need to find her."

Rosalina and Peach's backstory

Rosalina: "Once upon a time, there was a brave and noble princess named Peach. Her story begins many years ago... When she lived on a small planet with her sister, Rosalina. The two sisters were made of stardust. Their love burned as brightly as the stars themselves. Together, they could summon the power of the cosmos. But evil forces wanted the power for themselves. Rosalina had to send Peach away to safety."
Baby Peach: "No, no, noooo!"
(Baby Peach travels through the Warp Pipe.)
Rosalina: "The Toads raised and protected her, until she grew strong enough to protect them."

The mid-credits scene

Toad security guard: "So where are you off to next?"
Fox: "That nice space princess fixed up my warp drive and I'm heading home."
Fox: "Good luck with him. That is one tough complicated family."
(Scene switches to a shot of the space prison, then to the Bowsers who Fox has sent there.)
Dry Bowser: "Don't worry, son. No jail can hold us."
Bowser Jr.: (while digging) "We'll be outta here soon!"
(The Bowsers suddenly hear a noise: a baton dragging through the prison bars. It's revealed to be Lumalee, wearing a police hat.)
Lumalee: "Hello, maggots. Trying to escape?" (The Bowsers tense up, petrified.) "You're gonna play by my rules now!"
Dry Bowser: "Stay close, son." (Whimpering, Jr. hides behind his father.) "She can't break us!"
Lumalee: "First goes the body, then goes the bones." (giggles) "Then all that's left is dust."
Dry Bowser: "You be quiet! Right now!"
Lumalee: "You can't silence the truth. It only makes it louder! Like the approaching drumbeat... of death!" (laughs) "Boom... boom... boom... boom..."
(The Bowsers scream in horror.)
