The DK series is a small series in the Donkey Kong franchise. It consists of two puzzle games released for Nintendo handhelds (namely the Game Boy Advance and the Nintendo DS). The games' main element are pegs which are use to aid the Kongs to climb and swing across levels. The gameplay was inspired by the Nintendo Entertainment System game Clu Clu Land, but it has been re-formatted in aspects to provide more of an adventure game feel to it.
