Nintendo Arcade was a dedicated webpage on Nintendo's official site that hosted various simple Adobe Flash games, which were meant to advertise other games released on home and handheld consoles. These Flash games were also playable on their promoted game sites, which were listed in a different section of Nintendo Arcade. In total, 38 games were published on the website between 2006 and 2007, before the website was taken down in late 2007. Ever since the website was taken down, attempting to access it via its original URL leads to a 404 error page.
