Wario no Crossword Puzzle is an HTML activity available from the official Japanese website for WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! The answer to the puzzle was provided in the final entry of Wario-sama no Buriburi Nikki.

The game functions as a typical crossword puzzle, with the only difference being that the player is tasked additionally with combining all of the yellow letters, with the resulting phrase indicating what Wario did at his elementary school entrance ceremony, with the answer being "nebō shite shimatta" (written as "neboushiteshimatta"), meaning "I overslept". The player is told to print out the crossword activity to solve it.

- If you combine the yellow letters, you'll find out what I did at my elementary school entrance ceremony!

- You can write it on the screen with a permanent marker, but I won't know what happens! I've written the answer in my "Buriburi Diary"!
