WarioWare, Inc. is a company founded and managed by Wario and plays a central role in the WarioWare games. It is located in Diamond City, where Wario often meets with many of his friends. He and his friends develop the WarioWare games for Wario's company, including their main feature, the microgames. Despite the high success of the games, Wario usually refuses to pay his friends.

In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!, which tells the story of the company's making, Wario gets the idea to found a video game company in Diamond City when he watches Ken the Reporter covering the successful video game Pyoro. Believing that he can also make a profit from making video games, he buys a new computer and replaces his house, located on a mountain pillar, with the headquarters of WarioWare, Inc. He immediately appoints himself as the company's president. However, shortly after Wario starts working on the game with the computer, he gets tired. He then decides to phone his friends so that they can produce games on their own. This includes Mona, Jimmy T., Dribble & Spitz, 9-Volt, Kat & Ana, Orbulon, and Dr. Crygor. Everyone that he calls agree to pitch in, although Wario is the only one receiving any profit.[1]

The first game of WarioWare, Inc. becomes a success, but Wario does not want to share the profit with his friends, so he tries to escape with the money in a rocket attached to the building. However, his attempt fails because the flying Dr. Crygor crashes into the rocket, causing it to fall into the sea with Wario and the money. Several of the following games, including WarioWare: Twisted!, WarioWare: Touched!, and WarioWare: Smooth Moves, continue to focus on Wario's attempts at making money, but WarioWare, Inc. is not mentioned.

WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$![edit]

In WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$!, the building appears in the movie "Shiner Diner". After Mona launches a soccer ball, it goes through the chimney of WarioWare, Inc. The soccer ball lands on Wario's television, fixing it.

WarioWare: D.I.Y.[edit]

In WarioWare: D.I.Y., Mona, Jimmy T., Ashley, Orbulon and 9-Volt leave WarioWare, Inc. in favor of Diamond Software. Dr. Crygor one day gets the idea to make a machine that makes microgames. Wario and Penny introduce the machine to the player, so the player can make microgames for the company. They return to WarioWare, Inc. for the Wii U game, Game & Wario.[citation needed]

WarioWare, Inc. reappears as the main setting of WarioWare: Get It Together! This time, it appears as a small building between stores in a street in Diamond City. Wario's character gallery suggests that he and his crew relocated to a new building.

Super Smash Bros. series[edit]

A stage based on the WarioWare corporation is featured in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, entitled WarioWare, Inc.
