The Flower Ring, originally named the Scrooge Ring, is an accessory in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It halves the amount of FP used for performing special attacks. Flower Rings can be bought from Frogfucius' Student for 50 Frog Coins, though can only be sold for 25 normal coins.
