Dolloxes[1] (originally known as Remo Cons) are robotic marionettes that can be found in Booster Tower in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars and its remake. Its original name comes from the Japanese term「リモコン」(Rimokon), which is derived from the English term "remote control". Like other creatures in the tower, they are probably used for Booster's entertainment. Dolloxes usually aid other minions of Booster in battle, but never fight on their own. They attack by striking an opponent with their hammers, and can also perform the powerful Body Slam attack by swinging said hammers with extreme force. They can also perform a special dance, known as the Eerie Jig, that transforms an opponent into a Scarecrow. Dolloxes are instantly defeated by fire-based attacks.

More powerful variants of Dolloxes known as Puppoxes appear in the Weapon World.
