Diamond Saw is an attack used by several bosses and some enemies in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. When used, an enemy will create a Blizzard and summon two razor-edged snowflakes to fly at a character, damaging them. Despite its appearance and Spanish name implying that it is an ice attack, it is in fact non-elemental.

Notes[edit]
- A damage-dealing attack unused in the original game, Chain Saw, may be related to Diamond Saw. However, Chain Saw is notably a direct translation of its Japanese name (チェーンソー), while the Japanese name of Diamond Saw translates to "Diamond Cutter". This may indicate that Diamond Saw is an English translation of an earlier Japanese name, similar to Forest Maze. The attack itself appears to be unfinished, using the animation of Corona without displaying its name.[2]
