Mermushrooms are a type of species introduced in the Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Mario of the Deep / Two Bums from Brooklyn". Mermushrooms are a connection of mermaids and Toads. Their bodies are a mermaid's bodies and their heads are Toad heads (complete with the Toad Cap).

Mermushrooms were being attacked by King Koopa and his Bloobers during the episode until Mario and Luigi came and King Koopa was defeated and let the Mermushrooms be free. The leader of the Mermushrooms in King Neptune.
