Jolene was Mr. Grubba's assistant in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. She worked for Mr. Grubba to find out his evil plots and cover-ups and help Mario and his friends beat Grubba by going under the name of a mysterious person named X. After Mario and co. beat Grubba, she is reunited with her brother, Prince Mush, and takes Grubba's place as the manager of the Glitz Pit.

When Jolene isn't working she can be seen in the juice bar on the east side of Glitzville, but without her glasses and suit. She doesn't actually say who she is but she'll give you hints that she's Jolene throughout the chapter. Not many people have still guessed that she's Jolene.
