Bebop and Rocksteady are Shredder's main henchmen from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. They, along with Shredder, appear in the German-exclusive Super Mario Bros. story "Die Mario-Brüder und der Super-Sauger." Bebop is a mutant warthog, while Rocksteady is a mutant rhinoceros.

As Luigi wonders why Shredder would have commissioned them to use the Super-Sauger on a storm drain, a furious voice tells them it is "BECAUSE THE STUPID TURTLES BLOCK THE SEWERS!" The voice commands them to pump harder, threatening to break their necks if they refuse, scaring away the nearby pedestrians. Standing by Shredder are Bebop and Rocksteady, who hold weapons at them to further incite them to continue pumping.
