Owner Wart

Snooze World is a mattress store appearing in the Super Mario Bros. comic "Cloud Nine." According to its sign, it is a division of Wart Enterprises, and has sold over 40 million winks. In addition to Wart, a man wearing sleepwear who bounces on beds also works here as a salesman.

During the events of the comic, Mario and his friends take King Toadstool to the store, as his old mattress is very lumpy. Entering the store, Mario tells the salesman that he needs a new mattress, who tells him to follow him to the king-size beds. Trying several beds, the king complains about each bed's softness or lumpiness, though the others find nothing wrong with them. As Mario and Luigi become irritated by the king's pessimism, the salesman is stuffed into a sack by Wart, who approaches the Mario Bros. wearing a fake mustache, suit, bowtie, and glasses. He then suggests that King Toadstool should try a Cloud Nine Mattress, which he expresses interest in. He then leads him into an elevator, before giving a signal to Pidgit to announce a sale on plumbing supplies happening by the dumpsters. As Mario and Luigi leave to check out the sale, Wart and King Toadstool enter the elevator, which is then lifted by the Pidgit via a magic carpet into the clouds. The Mario Bros. realize that they have been tricked, and free the salesman from the bag Wart had stuffed him in.
