Koopa's Health and Beauty Tips

"Koopa's Health and Beauty Tips" is a single-page comic published in Super Mario Bros. Special Edition No. 1 of the Super Mario Bros. series of comics. It features King Koopa giving advice on how to be as beautiful and healthy as he sees himself to be. As such, many of his "tips" are contrary to human standards, such as intentionally growing warts on the nose or filing teeth after every meal. The last panel of the comic reveals Koopa is giving these tips to a frightened-looking Mushroom, whom Koopa intimidates to compliment him.

  • In the fifth panel, King Koopa can be seen holding up a tube of Ajacks foam cleanser, which references the American brand of household cleaning products and detergents Ajax.
