Yoshi's guessing game
Yoshi's guessing game (also known as the Yoshi Shell game[1] or Egg Game[2]) is a minigame in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It is played either if a LUCKY! Flower is achieved in battle, if a party member uses a Lucky Jewel, or if the player hits a Timed Hit with the Lucky Hammer.
Gameplay[edit]
The minigame has a chance of doubling the experience points or coins of party members. The player looks at the Yoshi Egg with Yoshi and watches as it spins around with an egg with a Fuzzy-like creature and an egg with a pink bird. Yoshi hides in a random egg in the original version, but in the remake, his egg can be located reliably while moving around. The goal is to select Yoshi, which doubles the wagered items, with the Fuzzy causing the player to lose every wagered item and the pink bird not affecting the items at all.
