"Hold the Corny Jokes, Please!"[1] is a musical theme composed by Yoko Shimomura for Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, where it plays in the Fire Palace, the Thunder Palace, and the Joke's End. It is made up primarily of a soft, repetitive xylophone rhythm that sounds similar to "Rain Rain Go Away".

Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga marks the first appearance of "Hold the Corny Jokes, Please!"

In the Nintendo 3DS remake of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions, an arrangement of "Hold the Corny Jokes, Please!" plays for the same purposes as in the original game. It is titled "Hold the Corny Jokes, Please! DX" in the game's sound test.
