Beep-0, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

From Cover to Cover is a battle in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope and the first battle in the game, taking place on the tail of the Darkmess Manta. It is the first of four tutorial battles in the game's prologue. This battle is fought with only Mario. Mario must make his way to save Rabbid Peach who is clinging on to a part of the Darkmess Manta's body. Clearing this battle triggers a cutscene and leads to the next tutorial battle, Tough Egg to Crack. This battle does not reward XP, Coins, or Star Bits.

Layout[edit]

The battle area is small, consisting of only three destroyable blocks, and two Stooges standing between the furthest two blocks, with the goal behind them.

Battle[edit]

The player must make their way to the end goal, using the blocks as cover from enemy attacks. They can also attack the Stooges with Mario's Dual Slingers to clear the way. The Stooges are weak, having only 90 HP, and can be taken out with two attacks.
