Zephyrquake, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

A Ghostly Sunset is a Darkmess Puddle battle in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, located on the planet Palette Prime. This battle is part of the Main Quest Off-Color.

At the entrance to the Spellbound Woods, a Darkmess Puddle blocks the way. This battle introduces Ghostly Walkers, enemies that are invisible when they move, so reaction attacks will not work against them while they move. If heroes are close to them, they use their Storm Scream Technique, which deals damage and causes the Gust Super Effect within a small range around them. The heroes must defeat all of the enemies to win the battle. After the battle is won, the Spark Zephyrquake joins the heroes on their adventure.

Layout[edit]

Throughout the battlefield, there are lots of Jump Panels that the heroes can use to travel across the battlefield more easily. The battlefield is split across 3 platforms.

Starting area[edit]

The heroes start here. It is a small platform with a Jump Panel to lead to the middle area.

Middle area[edit]

The middle area has a ramp leading to higher ground to the left, and a Jump Panel must be used to get to the end area. 2 Flamin' Stooges and 2 Ghostly Walkers are here, behind cover.

End area[edit]

The end area is in a "T" shape, with two rectangular holes in the middle. There are 5 Ghostly Walkers and 4 Flamin' Stooges at various locations of this area.

Battle[edit]

After all of the enemies are defeated, the battle is won, and Zephyrquake joins the heroes on their adventure.
