Template:Species-infobox A Bowling Goonie[1] is what happens to a Hefty Goonie when one gets swallowed and then spat out, causing it to lose its wings. Bowling Goonies roll around the level for their primary method of attack. They can be defeated with a ground pound. They first appear in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its remake, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3.

Although Yoshis can eat Hefty Goonies, they cannot eat Bowling Goonies.

They also appeared in Yoshi's New Island.
