“Still on the youngster's side, Yoshi-baby? Then just try to protect him from Count Fang!”
Kamek, Yoshi's New Island

Count Fang is the boss of World 2 in the game Yoshi's New Island, being fought in Count Fang's Castle. He originated as a normal Fang, only to be altered by Kamek's hammer during the events of the game. Count Fang grew to gigantic proportions and also appeared in the E3 2013 demo. He attacks by summoning four Slave Basa to his aid which try to attack Blue Yoshi. However, they leave soon after, and Blue Yoshi then has to hit him with an egg to damage him. Count Fang turns red and starts rolling around on the ground, but soon returns to his normal form. The player has to hit him two more times to defeat him.
