A Winged Cloud Maker[1][2] is an item in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It resembles a Winged Cloud. Using this Special Item from the pause screen turns all onscreen enemies into Winged Clouds containing usually one coin, Star, or extra life each. Just like other Special Items, a Winged Cloud Maker can be acquired in Bonus Challenges or by winning a Mini Battle Game.
