Peter Sauder is a Canadian film and TV writer who worked on a large number of series by Nelvana. Among his various credits include associate producer and story editor of Star Wars: Droids, writer of Rock & Rule, head writer of the first season of Inspector Gadget and story editor on Babar.

He was story editor on the first season of Donkey Kong Country, and co-wrote the episodes "Orangutango" and "Get a Life, Don't Save One" with Erika Strobel.
