A frog[1][2] is an enemy in Yoshi's Story. They are found in only one level—the P. 4-Jungle level Neuron Jungle—and swarm any Yoshi crossing the lagoon. Frogs may randomly spawn on the ground or in the water, with tiny ones doing so exclusively in the latter. In both cases, they hop in a Yoshi's direction along the surface of either the land or the water. Certain normal-sized ones wait in fixed locations on land, hopping after Yoshis when they catch sight of them. Although any Yoshi can eat them, the Green Yoshi likes them best.
