Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964 in The Bronx, New York City, New York) is an American actor known for providing the voices of various animated characters in films and shows, mostly villains.

Richardson is known for his roles in animated TV shows and movies such as Joker in The Batman animated series, Captain Gantu in the Lilo & Stitch movies and TV series, Trigon in Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go!, and Shredder in 2012's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. He is also known for roles in adult cartoons such as Jerome and Cleveland Brown Jr. in Family Guy and The Cleveland Show, Principal Lewis and Tank Bates in American Dad!, and the current voices of Dr. Julius Hibbert and Bleeding Gums Murphy in The Simpsons (among other, additional characters in all three of these shows), as well as the titular character of 2000's Lobo. Live-action films that Richardson has provided his voice for include the Deus Ex Machina in The Matrix Revolutions and Goro in the 1995 Mortal Kombat film.

Richardson voices Kamek in The Super Mario Bros. Movie.[1] In the film, he gives Kamek a Peter Lorre-esque voice.[2]
