Kelsey Hutchison is an American voice actress who temporarily voiced Toad in Super Mario Strikers instead of Jen Taylor. Her clips would be reused for the sequel, Mario Strikers Charged.
In the credits for the game, she is listed between Kenny James and Deanna Mustard.
