In Paper Mario, it is found near Raphael the Raven's tree in Jade Jungle, and can be bought from Merlow for eight Star Pieces. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it can be found in Petal Meadows (in an area accessible only through a pipe, bought from Dazzle for four Star Pieces, or potentially dropped by or stolen from Koopa Troopas, Shady Koopas, and Dark Koopas.
