Chapter 1

強敵きょうてき!!〟ジャイアント=ワリオロボ登場とうじょう!! ("A formidable enemy!!" Giant Wario Robo appears!!)

As Mario and Princess Peach mourn the loss of Battle Beetle, the Mario Zone robot under Wario's control attacks them. Using the Witch's broom Peach and Mario avoid its fist, but accidentally leave behind the Golden Coins, allowing the Mario Zone guardians, the Three Little Pigheads, to steal them and roll back into the robot. Mario quickly jumps inside to take them back, but hits his head against a gear and passes out. Seeing this from the castle, Wario sends an army of Kiddokatto to him. Peach attempts to approach the robot to check on Mario, but is grabbed by it, while its face melts to reveal its true form: the Wario Robo. Buro calls Wario to ask him what to do of the princess. Daisy, thinking out loud, proposes the idea of giving her as a bride of one of the pigs, which Wario agrees on. While the Pigheads decide the lucky groom with a house-building contest on the robot's head, Peach recalls another time in which she was involved in a disastrous marriage: back when they were kids, Peach and Daisy were bickering on who was going to marry Mario. Confused and not wanting to disappoint either girl, he picked his Bear plush as his bride. This ended up backfiring, as the girls teamed up to rip the plushie apart when Mario went to the bathroom, and then they blamed Luigi of ripping it. Mario barged in Luigi's room, where he was building the Mario Zone robot prototype, and broke it. This started a fight between the two brothers, so the princesses repaired the Bear, explained the truth, and asked for forgiveness.

Meanwhile, Mario was also thinking of that memory, and wakes to see a platoon of Kiddokatto ready to shoot him. Thankfully, being toys, their pellets are harmless, so they deploy the Bomubomu. Escaping from their cannonballs, Mario's path is blocked by spiked balls, when the same Bear plushie appears and takes him to safety with her rubber ball. In the meantime, the Pigheads have finished their houses, but Peach still refuses to choose one of them as her husband. Ready to teach her a lesson by threatening to toss her to the ground, Mario barged into the control room, but Buro activates a crane that grabs Mario by the neck. Restrained, Mario gets pummeled by the Pigheads rolls and bounces, then Buro returns to punish Peach, but just then Luigi, riding his Luigi Robo arrives and the robot fight begins.

Luigi reveals he had to build the robot quickly, so he is just buying a little time so that Mario can do something. Right as Luigi is punched into the sea with his falling robot, Bear arrives to the control room and removes the battery pile from its slot, shutting down the Wario Robo and freeing Mario from the crane. After punching the pigs, they flee to their houses, but Mario grabs a Fire Flower and burns them down along with their buildings. With the guardians defeated, Mario regains his coins, saves Peach, and the magic holding the Wario Robo together and the toy enemies (including Bear) alive disappears. Mario has now to say goodbye to another of his friends, so Peach cheers him up by giving him a Jack-in-the-Box, the same she gifted to him years ago, to cheer him up. Meanwhile, at the castle, Daisy gets more and more annoyed in seeing the two happy together.

Chapter 2[edit]

Chapter 2

ぶくろのなかで〟おおダコ登場とうじょう!! ("In the stomach" Giant octopus appears!!)

Wario demands that Daisy makes him more crêpes, but she snarkly refuses. It is only when he threatens to use the Wario Robo, that she informs him that it was destroyed long ago. Catching up with the events of the last chapter, Wario has now to rely on the Turtle Zone guardian, his supposed best henchman. Meanwhile, Mario is starting to lose hope: he already lost Battle Beetle, Luigi, and Bear in his campaign against Wario, so he accepts Peach's proposal of giving up and leaving the castle and Daisy to Wario and returning to the Mushroom Kingdom. Peach calls her father to come and pick them up and in a matter of minutes, he arrives with Toad in his submarine. Suddenly, a tentacle holding a mallet appears and bashes into the submarine, causing it to sink at the bottom of the ocean. Peach dives to save his father, but a Shark bites her back to shore. After breaking the Shark's teeth with a rock, Mario consoles her, which makes Daisy angrier, to the point of even worrying Wario. She then organizes a plan and sends two Aqua Goombas to convince the two to dive into the claws of the guardian.

The Goombas, pretending to be sea sighting guides, offer their turtle sub and helmets to them and so Mario and Peach dive under the water looking for the shipwreck. Avoiding small octopuses, the due comes across a giant whale, which the turtle sub explains that, if it ever wakes up, it could swallow the whole zone, so fishes avoid it. Then a boxer Shark appears, ready to make them pay for what Mario did to his brother's teeth, but his punches are unable to reach them. Finally, the Turtle reaches the shipwreck. Once inside, Peach and Mario find the King and Toad safe and sound, but when looking for an exit, the submarine gets squeezed by the tentacles of the monster that sunk it: the giant octopus. In order to kill Mario, the guardian starts stabbing the submarine with the sharpest tools ever know to man: the author's writing tools.

At that moment, bored by doing nothing, the small octopuses start bothering the Whale, waking it up and causing it to yawn so big that everyone in the area (including the two Aqua Goombas on the shore) are swallowed whole. Mario proposes a truce, so that they can all find a way out before being digested by the gastric acid, but the octopus is ready to die if it means bringing Mario with him, and what is more, with his kids surrounding him, he is protected by an electric force. After torturing the King, Toad, and Peach, the Cephalopoda is ready to pound Mario with the mallet, but as he raises it, a new character arrives: it is Luigi, alive and well. Catching the guardian by surprise, Luigi smashes a guitar on his head, causing the boss to release everyone and everything that he was holding, including the mallet above his head. While Peach distracts the small octopuses by playing doctor, the Mario Bros. give the guardian one final blow.

The octopus is defeated, but he still claims Mario will not exit from the Whale alive. After rummaging in the shipwreck, Toad finds an oxygen tank and proposes the idea of using the boss as a hot air balloon to escape through the blowhole. His plan works, and while floating over the Mario Land, Luigi notices one problem: Mario has freed all the regions, but is missing one Golden Coin to access the castle. Where is the sixth Golden Coin? To that, Mario stares at the moon. Meanwhile, Daisy, who followed the battle through Wario's magic mirror, is getting more and more upset: Mario has just defeated the strongest guardian and only Tatanga is left. Just then, a No.48 communicates to Wario that all of their defenses are ready at Tatanga's home planet, to which Wario and Daisy glee with satisfaction.

Chapter 3[edit]

Chapter 3

〝これはたいへん〟ワルデイジー登場とうじょう!! ("This is bad" Warudeijī appears!!)

Finally taking notice in Daisy's changing attitude, Wario realizes that his aura is making her more and more evil: in fact, Daisy's shoulder angel and devil have been bickering this whole time, but the latter is slowly taking the upperhand. Wario puts this to the test by showing Daisy's the photos of Luigi, Peach, and Mario, and she stomps and punches them without hesitation, thus letting her shoulder devil squash the shoulder angel and turning Daisy into Warudaisy. Meanwhile, Luigi uses his locator and confirms the last golden coin is in the Space Zone, but how can they reach it? Peach suggests pleading to the incoming shooting star, which destroys the octopus-hot air balloon, dropping them in the Northern Sea, and lands straight into the space hero statue of Hippo. The statue breaks, revealing the real Hippo inside and he swims to the hero and informs them that he can bring him to the Space Zone with the spaceship that was hidden under his statue: but Warudaisy appears and, sending an army of enemies at them and aided by No.48's shooting star missiles, reach the Poro spaceship and takes off, leaving the heroes on land. Hippo has still one solution, and thanks to his magic bubbles, Mario, Peach, and Luigi are given spacesuits and are taken to the Moon.

Once there, the trio is surrounded by No.48, Warudaisy's Poro, and an Andross-like hologram of Wario's face. Wario informs the heroes of their impending doom: both the Poro and No.48 are armed with one star plasma beam each, the Alpha Beam and the Beta Beam, and fuse together, they have the power to destroy whole planets. No.48 activates the Beta Beam onto the heroes, already weakinging them, and as Warudaisy prepares to activate the Alpha Beam, her shoulder angel appears and manages to restrain the shoulder devil, convincing Daisy to not kill the hero that saved her and Sarasaland. Daisy returns to normal and directs the Alpha Beam onto No.48, blinding him and making him accidentally direct the beam onto itself, blowing up and releasing the last Golden Coin. Daisy grabs it, alongside the bag of Golden Coins Mario dropped beforehand, and, about to hand them to him, she spots Peach and her jealousy takes over, distracting her shoulder angel and letting the shoulder devil punch her counterpart away, turning her back to Warudaisy. After she kicks away the heroes, Tatanga arrives and takes Warudaisy to his home planet, where he claims they will get wed, challenging Mario to stop him one more time.

Chapter 4[edit]

Chapter 4

〝タタンガせいで〟だいバトル!! ("On Planet Tatanga" Great battle!!)

After four years, Tatanga returns to his home planet, claiming to his people that he conquered Earth, showing off the Golden Coins as proof, and found a beautiful, albeit snarky, wife. Back at the castle, Kurokyura is worried that Tatanga is betraying them, but Wario is sure that Warudaisy's presence will brainwash Tatanga's people: in fact, happy that there is not going to be a war, the aliens are already celebrating for peace, but Warudaisy's aura turns all of them evil.

Meanwhile, using the Poro, Mario, Peach, and Luigi are approaching Tatanga's planet, and thanks to the spaceship's defence systems, the Tosenbo blocking their way are taken care of, but a couple of Stars damage the ship and they crash into the surface. Seeing a mob of angry aliens running at them, the heroes (ditching the spacesuits, since the planet's atmosphere is breathable) grab the Super Mario Bros. 3 suits and pretend to be figures celebrating the release of Super Mario All-Stars. The aliens run past Frog Mario, Tanooki Peach, and Statue Luigi, but Warudaisy does not fall for their trick. She then lashiviously leans on Luigi, promising fun stuff, and when she puts him under her skirt, Luigi abandons himself to his negative side, turning into Waluigi and chasing off Mario to beat him up in order to take his place as the series' protagonist. Warudaisy then passes up to Peach, using an evil beam to turn her into Walpeach, but due to the lack of evilness in her, all that she has done was put to sleep her good-self and turn her into a mischivious prankster who consider flipping off people's skirts an evil deed.

Warudaisy summons the aliens to assist Waluigi in beating up Mario, but Walpeach is too innocent to witness the confrontation. Hurt and injured, Mario crawls to Daisy and pleads to her to come back to her senses. Daisy gets stunned by this and when Mario gives her a kiss on the cheek saying she loves her ("after Peach, of course"), Daisy is completely cured from Wario's influences and returns to normal, so do the other people affected by her. Tatanga, who has just returned with a wedding ring, witnesses the scene and furiously jumps into the spaceship and begins bombarding Mario. As Mario skillfully evades the projectiles from his Space Cutter, Tatanga resorts to deploying bombs to eliminate gravity and oxygen in the vicinity. Mario, Peach, and Luigi grab their spacesuits, but the aliens and Daisy do not have one and risk to suffucate to death. Mario is surprised by Tatanga's cruelity towards his people, but Wario's face reappears, stating that Tatanga is still under his influence (due to him not being a guardian he summoned). Just then, Toad, the King, and Hippo arrive on a new spaceship they build, and the latter uses his powers to put everyone into a breathable bubble. Mario jumps onto Hippo's shoulder, and with a combined attack, they grab onto a space cutter and redirect it against Tatanga's ship, blowing him up and retrieving all of the six Golden Coins. All that is left of the alien emperor is a letter to Daisy: where he promises to travel throughout the whole universe to become a worthy knight for her, and only then he shall return to ammend to his wrong doings. To this, Daisy sheds a tear for him. The heroes then return to Earth, ready for the final confrontation at Wario's castle.
