Daisy no Kokoro are Daisy's shoulder angel and devil that play an important role when she is turned into Warudeijī in Super Mario Land 2 - 6-tsu no Kinka 2 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. They both look like Daisy but both have some differences: the angel, wearing the traditional white tunic, sandals, feathered wings, and halo, is blond and has brown eyes; the devil is a brunette with blue eyes, wearing a skimpy black leotard, stiletto shoes, has pointy ears, bat wings, pointy demon tail, and one singular horn, she also holds a spear instead of the traditional trident. Neither of them wears a crown and only the angel has the earings.
As Wario's hostage, Daisy is affected by his evil aura, and soon enough the devil Daisy starts to take control of Daisy's moral compass, slowly making her completely ignore her good conscience. As a result, Daisy transforms into Warudeijī. While Warudeijī stops the heroes, her devil can be seen grinning or cheering her up, but she is invisible to the others, apart from one instance: checking up on her, Hippo uses a magical magnifying glass that reveals the devil and offers an explanation to what happened to Daisy. Later, on the Moon Course, Warudeijī and No.48 are about to shoot down the heroes, when the angel returns and manages to make Daisy come to her senses when she recalls the times Mario saved her. Having regained enough positive energy, the angel restrains the devil and Daisy returns to normal and destroys the No.48, saving Mario and his friends, but makes the mistake of seeing Peach and her jealousy fills her with negative energy that lets the devil take the upper hand, she then punches away the angel and Daisy turns back into Warudeijī.
When later Warudeijī corrupts Luigi and Peach into Waluigi and Warupīchi, they to are shown with their respective consciences being affected: Luigi has his angel weaking until he disappears and his devil grows bigger, while Peach, being free of real evil intention, does have a devil and thus her angel is simply put to sleep, turning her into a mischievious but still innocent prankster. In the end, Mario manages to fix Daisy by confessing his love for her and giving her a kiss. Unable to endure love, Daisy's devil disappears and the angel returns, permanently curing Daisy from her evil persona (and consequently, curing everyone that was corrupted by her).
Despite them not appearing in the volume, they appear in one of the artworks of Super Mario Land 2 - 6-tsu no Kinka 3.
