Super Mario 4-koma Daikōshin 2 is the second 4-koma collection of Kodansha's Super Mario manga published under the KC Deluxe label. It was released in December 1995.

The volume contains 8 collections of short stories (mostly 4-koma) divided between four different Kodansha artists: returning from the previous issue are Kazuki Motoyama, Satō Gen, and Daimaru Roketto, and newcomer Mito Izumi. Motoyama's shares his section with the "Ūpā Rūpā", which is comprised by his sister Lisa Motoyama and recurring fanartist Igaiga; and Satō Gen is once again paired with Yumeya like in the first issue.
