Mastadooms are skeletal mammoths encountered on Star Hill in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Mastadooms are possibly the most powerful enemy on Star Hill, having an arsenal of physical attacks and the powerful Painspout attack, which hurts all party members. A Mastadoom's regular attack consists of hitting the target with its long trunk. Mastadooms are strong against Thunder and weak to Fire.

There is also an unused enemy named Mastablasta, a blue-colored version of Mastadoom. They could summon Goombas to help them in battle, and had the Thought Peek quote "Life is tough, ain't it?"

Mastadooms are likely based on the real-life extinct animal, the mastodon. Unlike them, mastodons lack bones in their trunks.

A new, third theory has arisen in the debate whether Mastadooms are mammoths or elephants, but the evidence for it is pretty bare-bones.
