A Boo Buddy Snake[1] is a type of Boo in Super Mario World. A Boo Buddy Snake is composed of six or seven Boos that bounce and rebound diagonally off walls and ceilings, making it a very dangerous obstacle for Mario and Luigi. Boo Buddy Snakes appear only in the levels Choco-Ghost House and Valley Ghost House. Although a Boo Buddy Snake is usually harmful to touch from any side, it is possible to rebound off a Boo Buddy Snake safely by spin-jumping on the frontmost Boo in the line. Boo Buddy Snakes are similar to Circling Boo Buddies and can be defeated only with Super Stars.
