Bland Meal
PaperMario Items BlandMeal.png
Paper Mario description Boring food cooked by Tayce T. Restores 10 HP and 10 FP.

A Bland Meal is a recipe and item found in Paper Mario. It is depicted as a bronze cloche with a grey plate.

A Bland Meal is considered the lowest grade of the Meal-type recipes. It is the Tayce T. counterpart of Zess T.'s Zess Dinner and Dyllis's Dyllis Dinner, from Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario respectively. A Bland Meal replenishes 10 HP and 10 FP, a standard procesure for starters. It can be sold for 15 coins at the Shiver Shop, 12 coins at Koopa's Shop, and 10 coins at all other shops.

None of the ingredients listed below heal more than 10 HP or 10 FP, so cooking a Bland Meal is somewhat of a little improvement. The only downside is that one will lose the offensive capabilities of the Volt Shroom, Fire Flower or Coconut if used. Many of the combinations below represent simple dishes that can be served in restaurants.
