Moles,[1] also referred to as miners,[2] are the inhabitants of Moleville in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They usually work by mining in the Mole Mines. The mole community takes great pride in a fireworks inventor, who sells Mario fireworks for the parade at the end of the game. Moles also have a work song called the "Moleville Blues." One mole man uses the shortcut that his wife dug to the trolley tracks to open Moleville Mountain, which serves as an amusement ride.
