The Ghost Medal is an accessory in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. It halves damage taken from all attacks that deal numeric amounts of damage. The Ghost Medal is given by the Three Musty Fears after collecting all three of their hidden flags. It can be sold for 800 coins, tying it with the Jinx Belt as the most expensive accessory, but cannot be replaced.
