When someone stops near the cannon, he or she will have the choice of paying five [[Coin]]s to be fired sky-high to a landing pad, often within reach of a [[Star (Mario Party series)|Star]]. There is also a [[Lucky Space]] in front of the DK statue, where it will take the player to a secret path behind the board with a path of [[Blue Space]]s (each with three coins), and a Star at the end.
