If [[Dixie Kong]] and [[Kiddy Kong]] pay Blizzard a visit, they can do him a favor by taking his [[Present (Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!)|Present]] and delivering it to Blue in [[Cotton-Top Cove]].
Blizzard is wearing a red snow hat and a backpack containing supplies, including a blanket strapped to the backpack itself. In the Game Boy Advance port, Blizzard's snow hat was changed into a yellow construction hat.

Blizzard is a member of the Brothers Bear in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! Blizzard lives in a basecamp located in the northwest section of K3.
