The ripsaw is a hazard in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! and its Game Boy Advance remake, appearing in one stage, Ripsaw Rage. It is an enormous tree-saw that constantly zigzags upwards through the treetops, damaging the Kongs and enemies on contact. Once it reaches the top of the stage it stops moving upward, but keeps sawing. One Bonus Level in the stage has the Kongs ride it like an elevator after breaking an Invincibility Barrel.
