The Pianta prosecutor appears in Super Mario Sunshine, and, during the courthouse cutscene, testifies against Mario and pushes for the guilty verdict. He states his opinion of the vandalism and is the possible cause of Mario's community service job. He makes a small reappearance during the ending scene.
