When the [[Kong]]s meet [[Blizzard (Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!)|Blizzard]] at his basecamp in [[K3]], he will explain to the Kongs that he is unable to make it to his brother [[Blue]]'s birthday party, and asks them to deliver his Present for him. If the Kongs accept it, they must travel back to [[Cotton-Top Cove]] and give the Present to Blue. When Blue opens the Present, it will turn out to be a [[Bowling Ball]], which he has no use for, and will offer it to the Kongs, who will have to find another use for it.

Earlier in Cotton Top Cove, Blue was sad, believing that nobody remembered his birthday. Later in K3, it is revealed that Blizzard got a present for Blue's birthday. However, Blizzard is unable to visit because they both live too far away. He requests Dixie and Kiddy Kong to deliver the present for him.

Back in Blue's Beach Hut, the Kongs offer the present to Blue, who happily receives it. He unwraps it and finds a bowling ball. Blue says that he does not need the item, so he allows the Kongs to keep it.
