The Patch is an item found in the game Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. Funky Kong requires it in order to patch up the hole in his Hover Craft.
When Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong defeat Arich in Kremwood Forest, it drops a Patch. By returning to Funky's Rentals, Funky Kong states that the patch is exactly what he needs to finish repairing his Hover Craft. The patch covers a hole in the Hover Craft's inflated tube. To repay the Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong, he allows them to use the Hovercraft at any time.
