Blue is a member of the Brothers Bear who appears in the game Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!. Blue lives in a beach hut located in Cotton-Top Cove.
Blue's name perfectly describes his character because he is usually depressed. The reason why he is depressed when Dixie and Kiddy Kong first meet him is because almost all of his brothers forgot about his birthday. The only Brothers Bear that remembered was Blizzard, but he lives too far from Blue to deliver his birthday present.
If the Kongs deliver the Present to Blue, he will cheer up and end up giving them his present, which is a Bowling Ball, as he has no use for it. Regardless, he will still be pleased that he at least received a gift.
When the Kongs give the Bowling Ball to Bazooka, he will allow Kiddy and Dixie to reach a hidden Banana Bird Cave.
